2.  Custom Orders: For custom or commissioned artwork, all sales are final once the order has been confirmed and payment processed. We are committed to working with you to ensure your satisfaction before the artwork is finalized, so please communicate any special requests or concerns prior to purchase.

3. Actual product’s colour may vary slightly as compared to the images shown on the website and social media pages like Instagram.

4. In case of customized artwork the client is deemed to purchase on completion of the artwork.

5. Taxes, duties, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight & volumetric size of the artwork and are to be borne by the client.

6. In no event shall Jagannaths Tesori, its directors or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential damage and false claims regarding the artwork or its authenticity.

7. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Site without express written permission from the website owner or its licensors. Any rights related to reproducing the artwork (e.g., prints, posters) remain with the artist, copyright holder or website owner.
